All packages containing refrigerated or perishable items are shipped with insulated packaging and cold packs to help maintain product quality during transit. GSG Essentials' responsibility is limited to delivery and obtaining proof of delivery from the receiving facility. Once an order has been accepted by the facility, GSG Essentials has no control over facility processing, storage, handling, or the condition of the package thereafter. Perishable and refrigerated food items are non-refundable.
