Ordering & Products

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay. Please note we do NOT accept EBT as this program is not approved for NYSDOCCS.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Enter the tracking number details on the shipping carrier's website for live updates. If further support is needed, contact our team via email at support@gsgessentials.com.

During checkout, you can choose to either receive a refund for the unavailable item or accept a substitute of equal value. If an item is unavailable after you've placed your order and you've accepted substitutions, we'll replace it with an equally priced item from your order and notify you by email.

Shipping & Delivery

You can update your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order. After this time, changes may not be possible if processing has begun. For urgent address updates, contact us at 848-628-4116

If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is not received:
1. Check with the facility package room

2. Ask your loved one to inquire within the facility using the tracking number

3. Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark deliveries early

4. Allow 3-5 days for facility processing due to staffing, volume, or emergencies

5. Contact our support team at support@gsgessentials.com

If your package is delayed:
1. Check the tracking details for updates

2. Allow 1-2 days for the shipping carrier to update shipping details

3.Contact the shipping carrier directly for detailed information.

Payments & Security

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with secure options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Yes. Invoices are automatically generated and emailed to you after your order is placed. Additionally, a copy of each invoice is shipped with the order inside the delivered package.

No, at this time, we do not permit split payments across multiple payment methods.

Returns & Refunds

The following items are not eligible for returns
1. Refrigerated items

2. Perishable items

3. Items that are not in their original condition or have visible signs of use.

Refunds are reviewed and issued by our team upon receipt. The time for a refund to post to a customer's account may vary depending on their financial institution. This typically takes 3-5 days. Please reach out to your financial institution for details on their posting policy.
